The museum’s public space is designed on one level, therefore enabling disabled people to access the exhibitions as well as other cultural events such as lectures or concerts.
A toilet for disabled people is located within the building.
Near the main entrance to the Museum there are a few parking places for disabled people.
The museum shop is located in the main hall of the Museum. The shop offers publications accompanying exhibitions, publications on Asian themes and museum souvenirs, as well as original handicrafts, jewellery and designs from various regions of Asia. The shop also offers books, games and toys for children.
The shop is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 12-6 pm.

A cafe is planned in the new building of the Asia and Pacific Museum. We would like it become a meeting place for aficionados of Asia and the Pacific, and there to be served drinks that recall the flavours of distant regions.
The museum soon will announce a number of job offers for the management of the cafe.
