The Asia and Pacific Museum in Warsaw collects and exhibits works of Polish artists being inspired with Asia and its cultures. Especially interesting are big ensembles of works by Aleksander Kobzdej, Tadeusz Kulisiewicz, Andrzej Strumiłło and Roman Opałka. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Museum foundation in 2003, its collection had been enriched by several tens of commemorative medals, created by leading Polish medal artists.
